Lars Wingefors AB consolidates aviation operations in the new group W. Aviation AB

Lars Wingefors AB consolidates its aviation-related operations into the newly formed group W. Aviation AB. The group offers end-to-end solutions within aviation, with an integrated platform for operational services, technical services and leasing. Daniel Elfstedt assumes the role of Group CEO.

The Group brings together aviation-related activities, consolidating expertise in airline operations, maintenance, leasing and ground services in a unified structure.

The structure includes, among others, Fly Sola Air AB, Täby Air Maintenance AB, Empterwik Rental AB, Sola Service AB and FBO Karlstad, which together create a platform covering the entire value chain – from flight operations to technical services, aircraft leasing and ground handling.

The combined capabilities create the conditions for advanced assignments and close collaborations, where the combination of aircraft, technical expertise and operational experience constitutes a core strength. Examples of customers may include local businesses or regions seeking to operate domestic air traffic in Sweden. Customer relationships with Skåneflyg and Saab are examples of this.

In connection with the formation, Daniel Elfstedt has assumed the role of Group CEO. Daniel has extensive experience in the aviation industry, including as CEO within regional aviation, and has previously been engaged within the Lars Wingefors Group.

Lars Wingefors AB samlar flygverksamheter i nya koncernen W. Aviation AB

Lars Wingefors AB samlar sina flygrelaterade verksamheter i den nybildande koncernen W. Aviation AB. Koncernen erbjuder helhetslösningar inom flyg, med en integrerad plattform för operativ drift, teknisk service och leasing. Daniel Elfstedt tillträder som koncernchef och vd.

Bolaget blir koncernmoder för gruppens flygrelaterade verksamheter och samlar kompetens inom flygbolag, underhåll, leasing och marktjänster i en gemensam struktur.

I strukturen ingår bland annat Fly Sola Air AB, Täby Air Maintenance AB, Empterwik Rental AB, Sola Service AB och FBO Karlstad, vilket tillsammans skapar en plattform som täcker hela värdekedjan – från operativ flygverksamhet till teknisk service, flygplansleasing och marktjänster.

Den samlade kapaciteten skapar förutsättningar för avancerade uppdrag och nära samarbeten, där kombinationen av flygplan, teknisk kompetens och operativ erfarenhet utgör en central styrka. Exempel på kunder kan vara lokala näringsliv eller regioner som vill bedriva inrikestrafik i Sverige. Kundrelationer med Skåneflyg och Saab är exempel på detta.

I samband med bildandet har Daniel Elfstedt tillträtt som koncernchef och vd. Daniel har lång erfarenhet från flygbranschen, bland annat som vd inom regionalflyg, och har även anlitats tidigare av Lars Wingefors-koncernen.
